- if you leave a game with zero lives, and don’t start a new game, you can now resume the game with the game over option panel

- fixed bug where avatar and other personalization settings weren’t being saved if you didn’t play a level
- fixed bug where toxicity checker on player names would fail if language could not be auto-detected, which would prevent valid names from being used
